What is Pilates?
Pilates is a popular form of exercise often performed by those looking to improve
posture, functional strength, stability and flexibility.
We offer one to one Pilates sessions with a fully qualified Pilates Instructor.
Our friendly Physiotherapist – Elena Blagoeva holds a Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates. She
works closely with her clients/patients and develops a personalised Pilateโs exercises
programme to help them improve their posture, flexibility, strengthen their core muscles,
reduce lower back pain and reduce the risk of injuries.
What to bring or wear to a Pilates class?
It is recommended that you wear clothes that are comfortable easy to move in but not too baggy. All mats and small equipment (balls, bands, etc.) will be provided for you, along with plenty of water if need it.
