Sports massage is manual manipulation of the muscles geared specifically toward helping people who have physically demanding
lifestyles and /or hobbies. Sport massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. Even if you are not sports person, you can come across muscular injuries if they lack flexibility.A regular massage improves muscular flexibility and eliminates the chances of injuries.

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique thatโ€™s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as back and neck strains. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Myofascial release therapy -This is a type of massage that is used to release myofascial restrictions, which are areas of tissue that are constricted and unable to move freely.

Classical massage-The classical massage uses 5 styles of long, flowing strokes movements. The 5 basic strokes are effleurage(sliding or gliding),petrissage(kneading),tapotement(rhytmic tapping),friction(cross fibre)and vibration/shaking.The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension.

Classic massage has shown to be helpful in reducing joint stiffness, and improving functionality in patients.
